Welcome to our Heart Centred Charity

Towards Tomorrow Together provides support and resources for people affected by baby loss and training for those that support them, in Somerset and nearby areas. This includes support before their loss, during their loss, on their grief journey and in subsequent pregnancy. We provide memory boxes, holistic therapies, doula support, advocacy, 1:1 support, support groups, family events and an annual memorial service. We also fund bespoke support packages in response to individual needs.

Rebuilding after the loss of a baby is a lonely and long journey, filled with sadness, grief and mountains to climb. We walk with our families through the darkest of times. Through our community events like annual Wave Of Light Service and a family Christmas event, we help connect our families with others.
