We will be creating a beautiful display of crocheted butterflies, during Baby Loss Awareness Week. Each butterfly will be connected to each other, and to a ribbon, and each butterfly will be dedicated in memory of a little one. If you'd like to add your baby's name, please fill in the form below. Check the spelling carefully as we will copy them from this list. If your baby doesn't have a name, we can add a nickname, or write "Baby Your Surname" or include a symbol. Please let us know any requests on this form. 

The display will be at St Mary's Church on Wednesday 15th October, during the day and throughout our Wave Of Light Service.
